Bonnie Schneider appears as a meteorologist on CNN, HLN and other platforms. On March 30, 2012, she will be the TV expert, co-executive, and producer of a DIY NETWORK special entitled LAST HOUSE RESISTING. Bonnie's debut book, EXTREME WEEKEND was published by Palgrave Macmillan in January 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. In her role as a special assignment reporter, she was reported on every week three times covering entertainment, lifestyle and news. She was the Saturday weather forecaster for WFOR-TV Miami before joining WB56. She worked in a variety of meteorology and reportage positions, such as News 12 Long Island (a 24-hour cable television news network) and WXII TV in Winston-Salem. Her other job was as a fill-in on occasion for The Saturday Early Show in New York City for CBS.
